MUAZUNational Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Adamu Mu’azu, yesterday pleaded with all leaders of the party nationwide to join him in rebuilding the party.

He, however, specifically enjoined the people of Kebbi State, including former governor of the state, Sen. Adamu Aliero, to lend support to the state governor,  Sa’idu Dakingari.

The national chairman further explained that under his watch,  PDP would continue to reward loyal members, stressing that loyalty can only thrive in an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity.

“I want to receive reports that all the issues that the governor earlier hinted have been resolved as it remained the only way to move the party forward,” he said.

He also called on all prospective members to seize the opportunity of fresh membership registration and join the party.

Kebbi State governor Sa’idu Dakingari in his speech boasted that the state would remain a PDP-controlled state.

Dakingari, who led the leaders of the party from the state on a courtesy visit to the national chairman of PDP, Alhaji Adamu Mu’azu, explained that with the dividends of democracy visible in all parts of the state,  there was no way Kebbi people would not continue to support the party.
