Funsho Williams’ Murder: Judge Refuses To Adjourn Trial

Despite heavy rainfall that flooded his court room, Justice Adeniyi Adebajo yesterday refused to adjourn the on going trial of six men accused of murdering former Lagos State governorship aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Funsho William.

Though the trial was stalled for almost an hour by the flooded courtroom, which was as a result of a leaking roof, the judge directed parties in the matter to move to another court, occupied by Justice Olateru Olagbegi’s, to enable the proceedings to continue.The defendants who were arraigned before the court on a two counts charge of conspiracy and murder are, Bulama Kolo, Musa Maina, David Cassidy, Tunani Sonani, Mustapha Kayode.
