Latest reports reaching us from Paris, France indicate that the two armed suspects in the Charlie Hebdo magazine shooting have been “located” in northern France.

According to AFP, a massive manhunt is underway to capture the gunmen who killed 12 people and injured 11 others in an assault at the magazine’s Paris offices on Wednesday.

Le Parisien has reported that two men fitting the description of brothers Said Kouachi and Cherif Kouachi were seen in in L’Aisne, near Reims, east of Paris, this morning.

The newspaper said the men were driving a Renault Clio in the direction of Paris and weapons could be seen inside the vehicle.

Officials have said the French nationals are linked to a Yemeni terror network.

On Wednesday night heavily armoured French police raided an apartment in Reims in the search for the killers.
 
French officials said seven people were detained overnight.

Meanwhile, it was gathered that Police officers at metpoliceuk held a moment of silence to remember those killed in the Charlie Hebdo attack this morning.
