BBA’s Bassey Bonny Michael Poses Nude For Illuzion Magazine (Photos)

Sierra Leone’s 2013 Big Brother Africa’s The Chase Housemate, Bassey Michael Bonney posed completely nude for Illuzion Magazine’s March Issue.
The cover is a part of a series of images which slowly progresses from a partly dressed Bassey to the completely naked cover star. According to Bassey and the magazine, the photos symbolize the progression in Bassey’s life and career from the presumably ‘safe, timid and shy’ reality star to a grown and totally indifferent, determined and self assured movie star in the making.

In the accompanying cover story, Bassey opens up on the challenges he faced finding a job in Lagos after BBA and how Ghana was a lot more forth coming in terms of jobs, his fears, dreams, projects he’s working on and of course what he had to do to secure a spot on the coveted Big Brother Africa reality show. Speaking on Lagos he says:
Finding jobs too wasn’t really easy, I mean, I felt I’d the wrong skin or hair type, like I wasn’t dark enough or Nigerian enough, so producers and directors struggled with casting me cause then again, who’d be cast as my mother, father or sibling?
