I Don’t Care About Awards – Angry Wizkid Blasts BET

African stars that got nominated at the just concluded BET Awards in Los Angeles have stated pouring out their displeasure at the organizers of the awards with each of them stating categorically where the awards planning committee went wrong.

The awards was said to hold the Best International Act (Africa) category hours before the main event a development that did not went cool with the Africans. One of the Nigerian stars that got nominated in the awards, Yemi Alade, expressed hers yesterday and now, its Star Boy Wizkid to pour out his feelings towards the organization of the award and how African stars were treated.

Unlike Yemi, Wizkid shows more politeness in explaining why he did not show up for the pre-show parties and interviews for this year’s edition. The Starboy dropped a number of tweets late last night to make his stand clear.

The concluded in the tweets that he has nothing against the BET but love. It was gathered that what in annoyed the organizers of the awards more is that Wizkid is in LA and still did not show up for the awards.
