Tompolo has however described these claims by Dr Ramalan as wild, unsubstantiated allegations born out of malice.

Speaking through Comrade Paul Bebenimibo, his spokes person, he accused Dr Ramalan of merely seeking an undue attention.

He added that the allegation leveled against him was a needlessly effort to rubbish his name and fuel a dispute between him and the new government of President Muhammadu Buhari is barely one week in office.

“I make bold to say Ramalan who claims to be the pioneer chairman of NIMASA is not just economical with the truth but his outburst is an exhibition of ignorance and mischief which should be ignored by all,” he noted

Tompolo called on President Mohammadu Buhari to ignore the allegations against him alleging that Ramalan was trying hard to gain relevance for selfish reasons.
