President Muhammadu Buhari, today, December 22, presented the 2016 budget of N6.08 Trillion to a joint session of the National Assembly and as usual the blogosphere (Nigeria Twitter) has reacted.
The budget presentation by Buhari is coming on the heels of the approval of Medium Term Framework Expenditure (MTEF) by the National Assembly which was approved by the Senate last week.
