The rape of a 19 year old Indian girl in West Delhi’s Uttam Nagar area has led to the arrest of three Nigerian men.
Three Nigerians apprehended for allegedly gang-raping a teenager.
The three Nigerians were arrested by Indian police on Tuesday, December 29.

According to the police, the suspects were arrested after getting a statement from the victim, who claimed she was lured into the home of one of the men.
The girl, who is a student, said she came to Delhi for the holidays and was staying with her brother’s female friends.
Times of India reports that on the night of the incident, the victim said the two women suggested they go to the club to party but instead took her to the home of one of the Nigerians.
Later in the night, one of them started touching her inappropriately and when she resisted, he forced himself on her, the other two men allegedly joined in.
In her statement to police, the victim said she managed to escape and contacted her brother who then called the police.

The Nigerians arrested include a 33-year-old Nwachorudo Charles Echezona and his friends- Tomothy and Sandy.
Also arrested were Rhiya and Sheela the two women who allegedly lured the victim to the Nigerian’s home.
