Nigerian singer Waje posts picture of her second meeting with famous British rock star, Bono, and also shared a Bible he gave her as a gift.
Paul David Hewson aka Bono is an Irish singer-songwriter, musician, venture capitalist, businessman, and philanthropist. He is best known as the lead vocalist of rock band U2.

Nigerian musician Waje had the pleasure of meeting him recently and took to Instagram to share their time together. She first posted a picture of the both of them saying she is in the company of greatness. See photo below:
Then she posted a picture of a gift, a Bible, which the famous rock star gave her during their time. Bono also revealed that the pair are working on something together. See photo below:
The U2 lead singer is the creator of the ONE Campaign, has been an advocate pushing for increased aid for fighting against poverty in African countries. Last year alone, Nigerian acts like Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, Yemi Alade and Waje herself, teamed up with him to produce the ‘Strong Girl’ movement theme song.
