– Some youths have blown up the national secretariat of the the Isoko Development Union
– It was blown up in the early hours of this morning
The national secretariat of the the Isoko Development Union has been reportedly bombed by suspected youths from the area.
Vanguard reports that the youths blew up the building at about 4am on Friday, August 26, destroying the entire structure.

There is heightened tension at Oleh, headquarters of Isoko South local government area, Delta state, following the incident.
The youths were said to have earlier invaded the secretariat on August 13.
Recall that Isoko youths had a month ago distanced themselves from the activities of the Niger Delta Avengers.
The youths under the aegis of Isoko Dynamic Youths Association (IDYA) said: “We are not militants and we do not have any link whatsoever with the Niger-Delta Avengers or any other militant group under any guise.”
