The rate at which Nigerian police officers demand for money from commercial bus drivers and Okada riders, at check points is fast becoming alarming and unbearable in the state.

On Sunday, September 4, a police officer was reported to have killed an Okada rider in Ondo state after the man refused to give bribe of N50. An eyewitness who was present at the scene took to his Facebook handle to post the video with the caption:
