Presidential Spokesman Suffers Great Lost

The senior special adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari, Femi Adesina has suffered lost his elder sister, Professor Foluke Ogunleye.

Adesina lost his sister to a ghastly motor accident on Sunday, December 27.

The deceased was the former head of department of dramatic arts of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun state.

It was learnt that that the incident occurred on Sunday while the lecturer was coming from Ibadan to Lagos.

According to The Guardian, the university’s spokesman,  Abiodun Olanrewaju confirmed the accident stating that the deceased was a lecturer in the dramatic arts department and indigene of Ipetumodu in Osun state.

Meanwhile, a deadly crash on Asaba Airport road has left an entire family dead.

The unnamed family which was returning home from their Christmas holiday, died when their vehicle veered off the expressway.

Also, another tragedy struck on the Onitsha-Enugu expressway as five people lost their lives when a commuter bus conveying 15 people plunged into a river.
