Nigerian international, Ahmed Musa, has described his inability to score goals lately for both club and country as “worrisome.”

The Super Eagles captain lamented that it was a real shame that goal scoring has deserted him.

He said: “I am no longer a scorer; it’s a pretty painful subject.  I have nothing to say.  It’s a shame that so many matches I cannot score,” Musa told CSKA Moscow website.

“But it’s not that I do not want to score or go all out on the field.  I am doing everything possible, just that the ball does not go into the net.”

The Nigerian skipper has played 12 times for club four games for the Super Eagles without scoring.  

Musa last found the back of the net  in CSKA Moscow’s 2 – 0 win over Dinamo Moscow on October 4.
