As millions of Nigerians celebrated the New Year at home, with their families and loved ones, the officials of National Emergency Management Ageny (NEMA) organized a get together for children in Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) Fufore Camp Yola, Adamawa state.

In a related development, wife of the Nigerian President, Aisha Muhammadu Buhari has revealed her plans for Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) in Borno state.
Mrs Buhari has established a committee in Maiduguri that will help IDPs in the Northeast. She visited IDPs at Dailori camp briefly after unveiling her plans for formation a committee of up to 10 people who will oversee the distribution of relief materials to Boko Haram victims in the state.
