Seasoned Nollywood actor Jide Alabi is back to Nollywood after a long break from acting.
Alabi who is also a broadcaster with Silverbird television has been away from making movies for six years now.
Alabi quit acting in 2010 to become the Manager, Radio programmes Rhythm 93.7 FM, and sports presenter on both Rhythm 93.7 FM and Silverbird Television.
Alabi staged a comeback to acting with the movie Sade Pepper which stars him alongside Funsho Adeolu, Lanre Hassan, Monsuru Obadina, Olu Olowogemo, Tunde Sobayo, Bimbo Oshin, Jide Alabi among others.
Alabi was became a household name in Nollywood for movies and TV series like Palace, Wale Adenuga’s Papa Ajasco and Super Story, Schemes among others.

Alabi is following the footsteps on veteran actress Liz Benson-Ameye who left acting after she got married to Pastor Ameye. The well loved actress staged a comeback after she has stabilized in her new home.
