Omokri wondered in a tweet on Friday, September 2 how the Twitter account that had been quoted daily in the papers without protest by the minister suddenly turned alien to her when she made an erroneous comment about the economic recession.

Omokri did not also forget to lecture Adeosun on what the word recession means.

Meanwhile, opposition party, Peoples Democratic Party has attacked the President Buhari and Adeosun over claims that it will focus on two policies to remove Nigeria from recession – fiscal discipline & diversification.

PDP said it believes a recession is not reversed by diversification.
