The minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Muhammad Bello has said that the present administration will not tolerate excuses for lapses and poor work attitude by civil servants.
Speaking while inspecting water infrastructures at the Lower Usman Dam in Abuja over the weekend, Bello said the FCT Administration will work towards improving the water supply in Nigeria’s capital city.
The minister called on staff of the FCT water board to do everything possible to ensure that all Abuja residents get adequate water supply.
“Your responsibility in terms of providing water to our beautiful city is very important. And I have seen that most of you have been here for a very long time so you have the requisite experience to deliver on your mandate,” Bello said.
